1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 01:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

• All reservations are final. No changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed once booked.
• Please verify your travel dates and guest details carefully before confirming.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking or refuse accommodation if the guest is found uncomfortable or violating hotel policies.

3. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and public areas.
• Designated smoking zones are available.

4. Noise & Disturbance

• Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.

5. Pets Policy

• Pets are strictly not allowed anywhere on the hotel premises.
• No exceptions will be made.

6. Visitor Policy

• All visitors must register at the front desk.
• Visitors are allowed only until 10:00 PM.

7. Damage Policy

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their visitors, or anyone under their responsibility.
• Charges will be applied based on the damage incurred.

8. Safety & Security

• Guests are responsible for keeping their belongings secure.
• The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings anywhere on the premises.

9. Prohibited Items

• Illegal substances, hazardous materials, and firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises.

10. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at check-in.
• Any additional charges for meals, services, or facilities must be settled at check-out.

11. Housekeeping

• Daily housekeeping is available from 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
• Guests may use a “Do Not Disturb” sign for privacy.
• Room keys must be deposited for housekeeping services.
• Additional housekeeping requests outside standard hours are subject to availability.

12. Transportation & Sightseeing

• Transportation, gypsy rentals, or sightseeing booked from outside the hotel are not the responsibility of the hotel.
• Sightseeing is not included in the package unless explicitly mentioned in the booking confirmation.

13. Hotel Rights

• The hotel reserves all rights to admit guests or cancel a booking at its discretion, without providing any reason.
